  Today was my first time at this office.  My insurance changed and I had to switch.   Brandy was my hygienist.  Even though I did not like the news, she was very kind and helped me with options. She was very pleasant to be around.  Same with the dentist.  He gave me several options to choose from.  He was also very kind.  I'd have to say A+.  The office was beautiful and modern. Charlene and Dr Sanford are incredible and I love how comfortable they make you feel.   I had made my first appointment for a general cleaning but hadn't been yet to see them when a urgent dental issue arose. They were able to see me same day! The dentist spent quite a bit if time with me examining my mouth and teeth in question. He examined my jaw and the related muscles, performed several tests and discovered the issue. He explained in detail what he believed was occurring and what courses of action we could take. I was able to get scanned for a dental appliance with zero discomfort and they are fabricating it with pick up tomorrow. I felt such relief in knowing what was going on and having a plan of action to address the issue before it became a major dental issue. The rlentire staff was friendly and professional.
