One big plus is the office can make new crowns the same day. No more installing temporary crowns and having to come back on another day to get the new ones put in. Had to use this service twice! Even though I did not like the news, she was very kind and helped me with options. She was very pleasant to be around.  Same with the dentist.  He gave me several options to choose from.  He was also very kind.  I'd have to say A+.  The office was beautiful and modern.  The ladies at the front desk were also very kind.
